Partners Robert Moy and Stella Lellos Join Firm and Enhance the Corporate Department

February 17th, 2014 — Jeffrey D. Forchelli, Managing Partner of Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana LLP (the Firm), announced that Robert Moy and Stella Lellos have joined the Firm enhancing the Corporate department.

Prior to joining the Firm, Robert B. Moy was a founding member of BENNETT & MOY, LLP. Mr. Moy represented his clients on various corporate, trust and estate, and real estate matters including mergers and acquisitions, negotiating and drafting shareholder, financing, employment, licensing and buy-sell agreements, purchasing and selling real estate, and drafting complex

and simple trusts and wills. He was previously Counsel to Battle Fowler, LLP in New York, where his corporate and real estate expertise included complex commercial transactions, project and structured financing, and securities law. Mr. Moy worked on multi-million dollar transactions, including real estate investment trusts and international project financings. He also worked in the Hong Kong office of Fulbright and Jaworski, LLP where he worked on several multi-million dollar commercial transactions, including establishing offshore funds and joint ventures in China. Mr. Moy also counseled clients on asset protection planning and conducting business in both the United States and Asia.

Stella Lellos concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, corporate finance transactions and general corporate representation of U.S.-based and international private companies. Ms. Lellos has considerable experience in advising companies from startup to maturity and routinely handles the structure and implementation of joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions of assets and stock in a wide range of industries, many involving cross-border issues. She has represented debtors and acquirers in distressed merger and acquisition transactions, including Section 363 asset sales and out-of-court transactions. Stella regularly advises clients on trademark and software licensing, executive employment and compensation issues and corporate governance matters. Her expertise covers all forms of corporate agreements including services agreements, employment and consulting agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements and financing transactions. Ms. Lellos is a frequent speaker at the New York City Bar Center on corporate law matters and is fluent in Greek and French. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Lellos was a partner in the Corporate/M&A group of a prominent New York City firm.
