Nassau Bar Association Names Partner Jack L. Libert Access to Justice Champion
Uniondale, NY – October 2013, Partner Jack L. Libert has been honored with the Access to Justice Pro Bono Champion recognition. Access to Justice Champion, is a new recognition sponsored by the Nassau County Bar Association. This inaugural honor recognizes NCBA member attorneys with outstanding service and dedication of time and effort to provide legal representation, guidance or advice on a pro bono basis to serve those in Nassau County.
Jack L. Libert was a founding partner in the law firm of D’Amato, Forchelli, Libert, Schwartz and Mineo. Mr. Libert rejoined the Firm as Counsel in 2010. His area of concentration is real estate focusing on complex transactions, zoning, land use planning and municipal law.
Mr. Libert is a member of the ABA, the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association. He has an "AV" legal ability and ethics rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory – the very highest rating this nationally recognized publication has established. Mr. Libert was featured in Long Island Business News “Who’s Who in Law on Long Island” (2002) and Leadership in Law 2011 honoree. He has also appeared as a legal commentator on Cablevision News Channel 12. In addition, Mr. Libert serves as a vice-chairman of the Nassau County Republican Committee.
