Assemblyman Edward P. Ra Joins Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana LLP as Land Use and Zoning Counsel
Uniondale, May 21st, 2012 — Jeffrey D. Forchelli, managing partnerof Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana LLP (the Firm), has announced that Assemblyman Edward P. Ra has joined the Firm as a Counsel in the Land Use and Zoning Practice Group.
Edward P. Ra was elected to represent the 21st district in the New York State Assembly in 2010. His district includes part of Nassau County. He has served as the Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Hempstead and as a legal aide in the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
Assemblyman Ra is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in N.Y., N.J. and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ra is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law, 2007 and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with an LL.M. Intellectual Property Law, 2008.
