LI Pulse Magazine Honors Firm Partners as 2012 Legal Eagles
Uniondale/East Garden City, March 28, 2012 — LI Pulse Magazine handed out its Second Annual Legal Eagles award. Managing Partner Jeffrey D. Forchelli of Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana, LLP’s was honored with the ‘Real Estate’ Legal Eagle Award for his accomplishments.
Partner John V. Terrana of was honored with the ‘Most Unbeatable’ Award for his recent milestones and accomplishments. The Firm’s Tax Certiorari department recently reached a milestone by opening its 5,000th file. The department concentrates in handling tax certiorari proceedings to challenge real estate tax assessments which results in a real estate tax refund and a reduction of future real estate taxes for its clients. Throughout the years, the department has obtained millions of dollars in real estate tax refunds and savings for its clients, which include national, regional and local owners and tenants of all types of commercial and residential properties.
