Firm Represents Double O Corporation and Its Subsidiaries in their Asset Sale to Townsquare Media, LLC
(Uniondale, NY … February 29, 2012) Forchelli Curto Deegan Schwartz Mineo Cohn & Terrana team of Partner Anthony B. Barton and Associates Thomas D. Glascock and Danielle Tricolla represented Double O Corporation and its subsidiaries in their asset sale to Townsquare Media, LLC and its subsidiaries relating to 26 radio stations in Central New York, Midland-Odessa, TX, San Angelo, TX, Quincy, IL, Hannibal, MO and Sedalia, MO.
Anthony B. Barton is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group of the Firm. His practice focuses on commercial, corporate, banking, financing, employment, real estate, securities and regulatory matters. Mr. Barton drafts and negotiates complex contractual agreements in many types of transactions. This work includes mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as extensive commercial, mortgage, asset-based and tax-exempt financings, real estate and equipment leasing, and private placements and public offering of securities. In addition, he often serves as outside general counsel for companies, handling their myriad of legal issues.
Thomas D. Glascock concentrates his legal practice representing numerous businesses on various legal and business planning matters, including purchasers/sellers and lessors/lessees in commercial real estate matters, and individuals in estate planning and probate matters. Mr. Glascock has significant experience working with corporations and limited liability companies in various organizational and transactional matters.
Danielle Tricolla focuses her practice in the areas of real estate, corporate and commercial as well as trust and estate planning.
