Attorney Murray D. Schwartz Joins Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana LLP as Partner
Uniondale, January 4th, 2012 — Jeffrey D. Forchelli, managing partner of Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana LLP (the Firm), has announced that Murray D. Schwartz has joined the Firm a partner in the Corporate and Commercial group.
Murray D. Schwartz (New York University School of Law, 1972) is both an experienced corporate lawyer and businessman. For 14 years he was a senior executive in a large media company where he engaged in detailed analysis of operations and in efficiency turnarounds of recently acquired properties.
He has also handled numerousof acquisitions as a top mergers and acquisitions attorney. His dual experience makes him a much sought after business and legal counselor advising middle market companies and those who invest in and/or lend to them. He does much work with private equity companies and their portfolio companies in whom they invest.

He is also a Village Justice for the Village of Asharoken in Suffolk County. While at New York University School of Law, Mr. Schwartz was an editor of the Law Review.
