Firm Hosted its Eighth “Long
Island General Counsel Network” Event – Labor & Employment
Roundtable Discussion
Uniondale, November 9th, 2010 --- Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana, LLP, (The Firm) hosted
the eighth “Long Island General Counsel Network (LIGCN),” an
educational and networking program for Long Island and
NYC metro area General Counsel and other in-house attorneys.
The LIGCN held an interactive roundtable discussion entitled “Employment
Law- Update Important Developments in Employment Law for
New York General Counsel.” Approximately, 20
in-house attorneys were in attendance, including Partners
James P. O’Brien
and Christopher G. Gegwich who led the discussion while
Partners Barbara S. Alesi and Joseph V. Cuomo (also the
founder and director of the LIGCN) moderated
the discussion. Based on the continued success of the LIGCN
programs the Firm plans to have additional programs throughout
the next year.
