Newsday Reports Extensively
on Approval Obtained by Partner Dan Deegan for
$27M Housing Project through the Town of Hempstead
IDA
Uniondale, January 27, 2010 – Dan Deegan was quoted
in Newsday in a series of articles for his successful
representation of client 590-600 Realty Corp. through to
a Town of Hempstead IDA vote and closing. The
vote took place on March 3rd, 2010 with the Town of Hempstead
IDA Board approving the proposed 10-year tax break for
590-600 Realty Corp. which will now buy and renovate an
affordable housing complex in Hempstead Village, resulting
in a $27 Million investment in the Village.
