Uniondale, October 2009 — Partner Daniel Deegan
was a panelist at the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society’s
Fall roundtable discussion.
The article summarized the topics addressed in the seminar
which was attended by over 100 Long Island brokers and
attorneys. Tax breaks and financing information were the
principal discussion items. Also on the expert panel were
Joe Gioino, head of the Nassau IDA and Bruce Ferguson,
head of the Suffolk IDA.
Daniel P. Deegan specializes in Real Estate Development
Law, Zoning Law, Municipal Incentives/IDA Law, and Government
