was the moderator of the session titled, “How to
Finance Smart Growth.”
The event drew more than 600 business, community,
and elected leaders, and featured some 70 speakers, 15
workshops, and breakfast plenary session.
Daniel P. Deegan
specializes in Real Estate Development Law, Zoning Law,
Municipal Incentives/IDA Law, and Government Relations/Municipal
Law. He heads up
