Michael S. Stromberg practices
in the areas of Trusts and Estates, Corporate and Real
Estate law. Mr. Stromberg concentrates primarily on handling
all aspects of trust and estate matters, including contests,
trustee and executor litigation, beneficiary disputes,
guardianships and estate planning. Mr. Stromberg has wide-ranging
experience including handling residential and commercial
real estate closings for both buyers and sellers, drafting
and negotiating contracts of sales, and handling issues
with state and local governments relating to real estate
matters. In his corporate practice, he has also represented
buyers and sellers of businesses from inception to closing;
negotiating and drafting agreements and contracts for corporations,
partnerships and not-for-profits.
He is a Pace University
School of Law (Class of 1989) graduate.
