Simoncic Jacoby Secures Lowe's Home Center Construction
Approval
Mineola, June 14, 2006 — Judy Simoncic Jacoby, a resident
of Woodbury, NY, and partner at the Mineola-based law firm
of Forchelli, Curto, Schwartz, Mineo, Carlino & Cohn
LLP (The Firm), successfully represented Lowe’s
Home Centers in securing necessary approvals from the Town
of Oyster Bay Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Advisory
Board, to construct a Lowe’s Home Center, with an
outdoor garden center, in Hicksville, NY.
Working with The Firm Managing Partner, Jeffrey D. Forchelli,
Ms. Jacoby’s recent success will mark the first Lowe’s
Home Center in the Town of Oyster Bay. The Firm has worked
on behalf of client Lowe’s Home Centers in securing
a number of previous approvals that have allowed the home
improvement chain to experience growth in the Long Island
area.
Judy Simoncic Jacoby concentrates her practice in land use
