Peter R. Mineo Celebrates 30 Years
as the Village Attorney of Lake Success

R. Mineo, a resident of Garden City, NY, and partner at
Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn & Terrana, LLP, celebrates 30 years as the Village Attorney of Lake
Success. Lake Success is a village in Nassau County, with
a population of approximately 2,797. On this milestone,
Mr. Mineo stated, “It’s
been an honor to serve the Village of Lake Success for
all these years, I hope to continue to do so for many more.”
Mr. Mineo’s
extensive practice concentrates on zoning, land use, municipal
law and litigation. He represents a wide variety of private
clients, including many national corporate chains and municipalities
and is the village attorney for three Long Island villages.
Mr.
Mineo is a member of the New York State and Nassau County
Bar Associations and has spoken at numerous professional
seminars on zoning topics. He is a member of the Board
of Trustees of The Long Island Home, a not-for-profit organization
which provides a broad spectrum of healthcare services
and solutions for the community.
