for Membership in the Theodore Roosevelt American Inn
of Court
Mineola, April 2009 — Andrew E. Curto,
Partner at Forchelli, Curto, Crowe, Deegan,
Schwartz, Mineo and Cohn LLP, has been nominated
and selected for membership in the Theodore Roosevelt
American Inn of Court. The Inn of Court is a society
of judges, lawyers and legal educators which promotes
excellence in legal advocacy, the preservation and promotion
of strong ethical values and collegiality among legal
professionals of the bench and the bar.
Andrew E. Curto concentrates his practice
in civil litigation. He has litigated claims in both federal
and state courts in a wide variety of commercial claims,
including corporate dissolution and derivative actions,
contract and real estate disputes, employment and discrimination
claims, estate litigations, regulatory claims and compliance
issues arising out of municipal zoning and code enforcement
proceedings.
Mr. Curto is also a member of the Nassau County, Suffolk County and New York
State Bar Associations.
