Andrea Tsoukalas Retained as General
Counsel to the Long Island Gasoline Retailers Association
(LIGRA)
Mineola, March 2009 — Andrea Tsoukalas,
Associate at Forchelli, Curto, Crowe,
Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo and Cohn LLP, has been retained
as General Counsel to the Long Island Gasoline Retailers
Association (LIGRA). LIGRA is a non-profit trade association
with 600 members and is recognized nationally and in
New York State as one of the most aggressive trade associations
of its type, particularly in the area of legislation.
Andrea Tsoukalas joined the firm in January
of 2005 and concentrates her practice in zoning, land
use, environmental and municipal law matters and civil
litigation. Ms. Tsoukalas represents a wide variety of
clients, including national corporate chains, local developers
and small business owners in the development of commercial
and residential properties. She also serves as counsel
to the Village of Kensington Zoning Board of Appeals
and the Architectural Review Board.
