CoStar.com 2/23/09
Mineola, February 23, 2009 — The online
article highlights Forchelli, Curto, Crowe, Deegan, Schwartz,
Mineo and Cohn LLP’s, relocation to The Omni-35,000-square
feet in Mitchell Field.
RXR, the building owner, signed the Firm to a 10-year term
that is slated to commence in early summer.
"This relocation is a part of a long-term, cost-effective approach to
ensure our firm’s continued success and growth in the region," said
Jeffrey D. Forchelli, the firm's managing partner.
The 10-story, 575,000-square-foot office building at 333
Earle Ovington Blvd. was built in 1996 in the Central Nassau
submarket, adjacent to Hofstra University. Forchelli Curto
said it would use sustainable construction materials in
the build-out of its space.
Ted Stratigos with Cushman & Wakefield represented
the law firm, along with Forchelli Curto partners Brian
R. Sahn and Barbara Alesi.
