James C. Ricca has been re-appointed
Chairman of the Banking Law Committee of the Queens County
Bar Association for 2009

C. Ricca, Partner at Forchelli, Curto,
Crowe, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo and Cohn LLP, has
been re-appointed Chairman of the Banking Law Committee
of the Queens County Bar Association for 2009. With
over 2,200 members, including many distinguished members
of the Bench and Bar, the Queens County Bar Association
has rendered service to the legal profession and to the
Queens, New York, community since it was founded in 1876.
Mr.
Ricca began his career as a Bronx District Attorney and
later joined the general practice law firm of Ricca & Donnelly (R&D), where his father was
an original partner. At R&D, Mr. Ricca carried forward
the firm's concentration in the practice areas of banking
and real estate, representing lenders, purchasers and sellers
in commercial and residential real estate transactions,
including refinances, foreclosures, creditors' rights,
bankruptcies and restructuring loans for commercial and
residential properties.
